Over 40 years of International Experience

Donald Riling is a highly-accomplished Leadership Development Specialist and Growth Strategy Leader

with more than 40 years of success in large-scale development projects including construction management, healthcare, executive coaching, for-profit and nonprofit industries.

Leveraging extensive experience building strong senior leaders and dynamic teams, he is a valuable asset for C-suite leaders in a wide variety of sectors, including hospital systems, commercial development and companies seeking expert assistance with merging of organizational systems.

Key areas of expertise include large-scale strategy development, leadership development, executive coaching, emerging leaders, and creating a productive workplace culture. Don works closely with senior leaders on new leadership teams, developing personal careers, identifying development paths, or organizational restructuring. He has coached many senior leaders through career opportunities, including a surgeon expanding his career to become the Senior Chair of Surgery for five hospital systems in Washington, DC.

Don has served as International Project Director for service and relief projects in 22 nations and mobilized 14,000 workers in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.

 

In addition, Don has served as Advisor to the Associate Vice President of Marketing of a $3B Hospital System, and Advisor to the Vice-President of University of Rochester Medical Center regarding leadership development processes.
